Jamie started his career in public sector recruitment in October 2022, and quickly settled into the role. Making placements from Officer to Senior Programme Manager level, his attention to detail and organisational skills have helped him greatly to become a confident consultant.
In September 2023 Jamie took the leap with a couple of other colleagues and set up their own Public Sector Interim Recruitment company named Vantage Recruitment Services. Jamie will be a biller, as well as overseeing all the operational business needs.

Claudia Davis

Claudia is new to the recruitment industry, however, has strong communication skills due to her professional career as an equestrian rider. Teaching and training others, Claudia has the capacity to work and manage a diverse range of people, helping them to improve and develop not just as equestrians, but also how to deal with the personal challenges of top level sport.
She has a passion for helping people in their desired careers and is looking to build more on her network of individuals. In her personal career at the top level of Dressage, Claudia has had to deal with professional settings from a young age; working with brands and sponsors. These attributes aid her to find a great balance between a friendly and professional approach within her role as a resourcer in Public Sector recruitment.
